    A licensed financing partner runs the eligibility and affordability check. Most decisions arrive in seconds.

    Review the offer one more time. Accept it. The merchant proceeds with your purchase; you pay the partner in monthly instalments.

Frequently asked questions

Is MALOPAY a lender?
No. We orchestrate the workflow between you, your merchant, and a regulated financing partner. The partner makes the credit decision and holds the loan; the credit agreement is between you and them.
Will this affect my credit?
The financing partner may run a credit check as part of the decision. Each partner discloses what they record and which credit bureaus they report to before you submit your application.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Payments and any late fees are managed by the financing partner — not by MALOPAY. Partners follow EU consumer credit rules and will contact you first to find a workable solution before any further action.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Request a refund or cancellation through your merchant. The status updates in your MALOPAY account in real time, and the financing partner adjusts the schedule accordingly.
Where do I see my plans?
In your account on malopay.com. Sign in to see active plans, upcoming payments, and the current status of any application.
Who has my data?
MALOPAY stores your profile and document copies in the EU (Frankfurt). The financing partner receives only what is needed to make the credit decision and service the loan. You can export or delete your data at any time from /account/privacy.
